1. With the power off, snap the controller onto the gel pad’s connectors.
2. Peel off the protective film and place the pad on clean, dry skin, following the placement diagram in your user guide.
3. Switch it on and gradually increase from the lowest intensity until the sensation feels comfortable.

After use, switch it off before gently removing the pad. Place the gel surface against the included Storage Card to protect it.

A tingling or pulsing sensation, with 6 modes offering different pulse patterns: Scraping, Tapping, Acupuncture, Cupping, Tai Chi and Kneading. These names describe the sensations, rather than the treatments themselves.

Each mode has 20 intensity levels, so you can gradually find a setting that feels comfortable. Stimulation should never feel painful.

This is normal. The intensity starts at level 0 every time you switch Korri Air on or change modes, so stimulation does not begin unexpectedly.

Press + to gradually increase the intensity to a comfortable level. Your previous intensity is not automatically restored when you change modes.

Yes. Korri Air is designed to be worn discreetly under clothing, keeping your care personal. Choose clothing that sits comfortably without pressing tightly against the controller.

No. Switch Korri Air off and remove it before showering, bathing or swimming. Keep the controller dry, including when cleaning the gel pad.

Up to 7 days per charge, based on three 20-minute sessions per day. Actual battery life varies by mode, intensity and use.

Each gel pad is designed for 30 uses with proper care. Its actual lifespan varies with your skin, use, cleaning and storage. Replace it sooner if it becomes damaged or no longer sticks securely.

You can gently rinse the gel surface with clean water. Switch Korri Air off and detach the controller first, then follow the cleaning instructions supplied with your pad. Let it air-dry completely before using or storing it.

Keep the controller dry.

With the power off, gently remove the pad and place the gel surface against the included Storage Card. Follow the folding instructions, then keep Korri Air in its storage pouch until next time.

Your safety matters. Korri Air uses TENS, an established technology for pain relief, which has been tested, tried and used to treat people in the medical field for many years. It is FDA approved and CE marked.

The gel pad is designed for skin contact, but individual sensitivities vary. Some people may experience redness, itching or irritation. If this happens, switch Korri Air off, remove the pad and stop using it.

Stimulation should feel comfortable. Stop if it feels painful.

Do not use Korri Air if you have a pacemaker or epilepsy. If you have another implanted electronic device, consult your treating specialist before use.

During pregnancy, do not use TENS unless your doctor or midwife specifically advises it. Follow the full contraindications in your user guide.

No. Do not use Korri Air while sleeping, driving or operating machinery.

Yes. The gel pad is latex-free and made with fabric, conductive plastic film and a biocompatible, self-adhesive conductive hydrogel. Individual skin sensitivities can still occur.

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, your Korri Air device and accessories must be unused and in their original condition, returned in the original packaging with all components of your order included.

Gel pads must be unopened and unused, with their original seals and protective films intact.

No. We do not offer a trial period or returns based on trying the device. Used devices, opened or used gel pads, and gel pads with their protective film removed are not eligible for returns or exchanges under this policy.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without a return request and approval will not be accepted.

Please wait for our approval and instructions before sending your item back.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

After your refund is issued, it may take up to 7 working days for your bank or card provider to process and post it.
